Most desktop PIMs (personal information managers – ie contact management and email systems) like Microsoft Outlook and Thunderbird allow you to export your email addresses into a CSV or spreadsheet format.

GNFPB just needs you to enter a list of emails separated by commas, and this is very easy to do if you export your contacts into something like an Excel format, delete the unwanted columns, then save that file as a CSV or TXT file.  Once you’ve done that you can easily paste the list into the box on the ‘invite friends’ page.
